Use of Information if Registered on Agura.ca World Wide Web Site

When the user have entered and won one of our contests, we and/or our sponsors may publish your name and city of residence.

You agree and consent that your personal and non-personal information may also be used to generate statistics and aggregate reports for internal use by Agura and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors, assigns and advertisers. These statistics and reports will contain only aggregated and no personally identifiable information. Your identity is kept strictly anonymous.

You also agree that when you voluntarily disclose information on the bulletin boards within our web site, your personal and other information disclosed in your communication shall become public information and can be collected and used by outside parties. By submitting your information by registering on the messageboard or join sections you ( the user) Agrees that Agura can send via email updates and event information in regards to the site and sponsors of the site.

Agura do not sell, rent, share or otherwise make available your personal information to any outside parties other than those who are listed on our site by way of banners or locations. The emailing marketing shall be sent to the user from info@agurainc.com.

You have the right to discontinue your membership with Agura, and may request that your account information be deleted from our database at any time. This is done by clicking "About" button and then lead to the Agura Inc section sending an email to info@agurainc.com with 'Remove my account information' in the subject heading or using the unsucribe button in the email that may be sent to (the user) this will remove you from the list. You can also use the link in the Privacy policy and email info@agurainc.comThis will remove the user from both messageboard and mailer.
