Winners will be responsible to pay for all Flight, Airport and Destination and departure taxes applied by Canada and Mexico laws of travel, medical insurance, lost luggage, medical cancellation, food drink and spending money and security deposit on major credit card upon check-in January 3rd 2010 returned upon check-out January10th 2010. By entering the Contest, you agree to receive, from time to time, Agura Travel, BPM Festival and Condo Hotels Playa Del Carmen newsletter if the user leaves clicked Join Online button. Opportunities to join and/or participate in services or programs that are offered by other, third-party marketing partners of Sponsor. After confirming your entry, you may, at any time, optout of receiving the Newsletters by following the opt-out instructions contained in the Newsletters you receive. From time to time throughout the term of the Contest, Sponsor may offer additional Bonus entries to Contest participants through the Agura Newsletter Only one (1) Bonus entry per person and/or per e-mail address will be accepted per day for the duration of the Contest. NO PARTICIPANT CAN RECEIVE MORE THAN ONE (1) BONUS ENTRY PER DAY DURING THE TERM OF THE CONTEST.
4. How to Win. Contest winner will be randomly chosen by a representative of Sponsor (the "Judge") on or about December 16th 2009 from all eligible entries received during the dates specified above. The decisions of the Judge will be final and binding. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 9 hours of the drawing and must meet all eligibility requirements including the execution and return of all necessary releases.
5. This 1 prize will be awarded to one Contest participant, valued at a maximum amount of $2500 The Grand Prize winner will be chosen randomly from among all valid entries received during the term of the Contest. The Grand Prize will receive email confirmation and or phone call. Winner must respond within 48 hours of email or phone call. |
